The ECHO Masterclass will be held Wednesday 19 November from 1.30-5pm.

We are delighted to invite you to join our "ECHO Masterclass" delivered by our international faculty of perioperative echocardiography experts. This is a pre-symposium half day lecture series with panel discussions exploring the pivotal role of perioperative echocardiography in both surgical and interventional cardiology decision-making and procedure guidance. These sessions will enrich your understanding of echo-anatomical correlations, enhance your skills in advanced image acquisition and post processing, address how echocardiography can assist you with clinical dilemmas, and give you an opportunity to learn and discuss with the world experts.


An absolute must for all those involved in perioperative and interventional echocardiography for cardiac surgical and transcatheter procedures.

Full payment is required on arrival at the hotel. Cancellations received between 30–7 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of one night’s stay. Cancellations received between 7–0 days from arrival or non-arrival at the hotel (no show) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the entire length of stay. 2025 3STCS Symposium registration summary

Please find below a summary of your registration. Should you wish to make any changes you may do so by clicking the 'edit' links on the right hand side of the page. You will receive a link back to this summary page within your registration confirmation email and with that link you will be able to return to this page at any time up until two weeks prior to the 2025 3SCTS Symposium to make changes/add workshops, social functions and optional activities to your booking.

Terms and conditions for registration:

  • Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. A photocopy of the registration form is acceptable.
  • Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
  • A letter of confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the 3SCTS Registration Secretariat.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to the 3SCTS Registration Secretariat. Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

    Cancellation date Administrative charge
    On or before Wednesday 10 September 2025 10 weeks from start of 3SCTS. Full refund less an AUD$100 cancellation fee.
    Wednesday 24 September 2025 Eight weeks from start of 3SCTS. Refunds will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 30 per cent of the registration rate.
    Wednesday 22 October 2025 Four weeks from start of the 3SCTS. Refunds will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the registration rate.
    From Wednesday 5 November 2025 Two weeks from start of 3SCTS. No refund available.

 

  • Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application. 
  • Substitution is permitted provided notification in writing is received prior to two weeks from meeting start date.
  • The program is subject to change without prior notice.  
  • In the event that the 3SCTS Symposium cannot run in person your registration will automatically be transferred to an onDemand registration.
  • If you would like to change your registration type from in-person to onDemand you must notify us in writing on or before Tuesday 14 October 2025. After this date, changes cannot be made to your in-person registration. 
  • The information provided in this form will only be used for the purpose of processing your registration and communicating with you on matters related to the 3SCTS. You have rights of access and correction with respect to your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the 3SCTS Registration Secretariat.
  • Where there are extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the 3SCTS Registration Secretariat.

Notice of filming and photography 
When you attend the 3SCTS, you’re entering an area where photography, audio, and video recordings may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to the use of your image and voice through photography, video, and audio for use in ANZCA electronic and printed communications. This may include use on the ANZCA website, social media, in e-newsletters and publications including the ANZCA Bulletin as well as other communications.
