Please note that all prices quoted on this form are in New Zealand dollars and good and services tax of 15% (GST) is included.

New fellow registrations
Please note if you are wanting to register as a new fellow to present at the 2026 College Ceremony, you will need to register through the 2026 ASM new fellows registration form.
Please note the FPM Symposium is not included in your new fellow registration, you must register separately.

Registration category key:
* A verification letter from your institution or hospital is required to qualify for the trainee rate. The verification letter should include your name, job title, hospital/institution and be signed off by a supervisor or manager. Final confirmation will be subject to ANZCA and FPM approval.
** Other medical and health practitioners and research assistance, for example, rural generalist anaesthesia nurses, technicians, research assistants with a specific interest in anaesthesia and/or pain medicine, who wish to attend the FPM Symposium will be considered with documented support from their research group/department.

Supporting documentation

As detailed in the registration category key above, your registration type requires supporting documentation. If you do not have your supporting documentation ready at the time of initial registration, you can log back into your registration via the link provided in your registration confirmation email to upload your letter. Please ensure your documentation is uploaded no later than 2 weeks prior to the FPM Symposium. Please note: the file size limit for all documentation is 5MB.

Trainee registration - A verification letter from your institution or hospital is required to qualify for the trainee rate. The verification letter should include your name, job title, hospital/institution and be signed off by a supervisor or manager. Final confirmation will be subject to ANZCA and FPM approval. You can upload this letter in the trainee document section below.

Waitlist: Places at the workshops are strictly limited and are on a first-come first-served basis. Where a workshop has reached capacity a waitlist option will appear. Should a place become available the Delegate Services team at WaldronSmith Management will contact you to confirm your place and send you a link to payment.

2026 FPM Symposium registration summary

Please find below a summary of your registration. Should you wish to make any changes you may do so by clicking the 'edit' links on the right hand side of the page. You will receive a link back to this summary page within your registration confirmation email and with that link you will be able to return to this page at any time up until two weeks prior to the 2026 FPM Symposium to make changes to your booking.

Terms and conditions for registration

  • Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. A photocopy of the registration form is NOT acceptable.
  • Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
  • A letter of confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the ASM and FPM Symposium registration secretariat.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to the ASM and FPM Symposium registration secretariat. 

    Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

    Cancellation date Administrative charge
    On or before Friday 20 February 2026 10 weeks from start of ASM and FPM Symposium. Full refund less an NZ$110 cancellation fee.
    Friday 6 March 2026 Eight weeks from start of ASM and FPM Symposium. Refunds will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 30 per cent of the registration rate.
    Friday 3 April 2026 Four weeks from start of the ASM and FPM Symposium. Refunds will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the registration rate.
    Friday 17 April 2026 Two weeks from start of ASM and FPM Symposium. No refund available.

 

  • Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application. 
  • Substitution is permitted provided notification in writing is received prior to two weeks from meeting start date.
  • The program is subject to change without prior notice.  
  • In the event that the FPM Symposium cannot run in person your registration will automatically be transferred to an onDemand registration.
  • If you would like to change your registration type from in-person to onDemand you must notify us in writing on or before Friday 27 March 2026. After this date, changes cannot be made to your in-person registration. 
  • The information provided in this form will only be used for the purpose of processing your registration and communicating with you on matters related to the FPM Symposium. You have rights of access and correction with respect to your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the ASM and FPM Symposium registration secretariat.
  • Where there are extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the ASM and FPM Symposium registration secretariat.

Notice of filming and photography 
When you attend the FPM Symposium, you’re entering an area where photography, audio, and video recordings may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to the use of your image and voice through photography, video, and audio for use in ANZCA electronic and printed communications. This may include use on the ANZCA website, social media, in e-newsletters and publications including the ANZCA Bulletin as well as other communications.

If you would prefer not to be photographed please let the event organisers know. For further information contact asm@anzca.edu.au.

Payment is in New Zealand dollars only.  All amounts include New Zealand GST of 15%.
Please note: from Monday 13 April 2026 all registration payments must be made by credit card.
